Equifax Free Credit Report

Equifax Canada provides you with the ability to request a free copy of your credit file by mail. Simply click the Equifax link below and then click on the Download (Free By Mail) Credit Report Request Form link half way down the page. The form is in PDF File Format and needs to be completed and mailed to Equifax.

Other types of reports can also be ordered at this location, but there is a charge for the information.
