Commercial Services

We offer a full line of business accounts (as well as many additional services to meet your business needs) for whatever industry you are in and regardless of your business size.

  • Accounts can range from sole proprietorships, partnerships, to corporations and can be opened for both registered and non-registered companies
  • They can be set up on a pay as you go basis or add one of our competitive fee packages for even greater benefits
  • Accounts can accommodate any number of signing authorities and rules based on your business's individual needs
  • Business chequing accounts can have operating lines of credit and business mastercards attached to them (on approved credit) that may help in the day-to-day operation of your business.
  • Both chequing and savings accounts are available under the same business membership and appearing on the same statement to make record keeping easy.

Merchant Services

  • Upon approval, for our business members we offer the option of being able to accept Interac or credit cards for purchases at your place of business.
  • Businesses can choose what card plans or combination of card plans they wish to accept. (ie Interac, Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc).
  • Rates are set based on your business's sales volume.

Organizations

In addition to donating time and money to the communities we serve, the Eckville District Savings and Credit Union feels it important to help out our member organizations by offering an account specifically tailored to non-profit organizations.

  • Organizations are able to obtain chequing accounts in which the basic services are provided at no cost.
  • Also, the normal common share requirement is not necessary for organization accounts, although organizations are more than welcome to contribute to common shares to take advantage of any dividends that we may pay!
  • Organizations have full access to all the other services we offer from savings accounts, investing, lending and automation as well.
