Telephone and Internet Banking Changes.

Eckville District Savings & Credit Union Limited will be converting to a new banking system the weekend of June 6 to June 8 . Changes to our telephone and internet banking systems will be required at that time.

After June 8, Eckville District Savings & Credit Union Limited will be offering our telephone and internet banking services through different service providers. While these new platforms give our members much more functionality and up-to-date technology, there will be changes to how our members use these services.

Members will be required to login differently than in the past and new passwords will also be required to login to both systems. Members that currently use these systems will receive information in the mail about these new processes sometime before conversion weekend. If you do not receive this information before conversion weekend, please contact our office at 746-2288.

Any bill payments and/or recurring transfers that you have set up in the old systems will have to be set up again in the new systems. While we apologize for this inconvenience, this is a one time process. Once you have these accounts set up, you should not have to do it again. You may want to retain copies of your bills in order to have the specific account information handy when you set up your accounts.

If you export information from our current internet banking platform to another financial package such as Quicken, Simply Accounting or Microsoft Money, please remember to export this history before conversion as close to conversion weekend as possible. This history will not convert to the new system.

To ensure that you are able to complete your on-line banking when you want to, 24 hour technical assistance will be available to you after conversion, either by telephone or by email.
