Banking System Conversion:

Eckville Credit Union is constantly reviewing and
refining its products and services in order to serve you better. Part of this ongoing review is the implementation of a new banking system in June. This new system offers members many exciting benefits including:

Greater responsiveness: The flexibility of the new banking system will enable Eckville Credit Union to be even more responsive to your needs with new product development.

Enhanced security: The new system will give you even more security for all your transactions.

What you need to know

The credit union branch will be closed Monday, June 9, 2008. This is to give staff extra time to ensure all converted data is correct and familiarize themselves with new daily routines.
Conversion will take place starting the evening of Friday, June 6 until Sunday, June 8. During this time, members may experience intermittent service disruptions at ATMs and Interac point of sale terminals.
Telephone and internet banking systems will be unavailable during conversion weekend.
Telephone and internet banking systems will change. To assist you with these changes, we have enlisted the services of a dedicated support services provider. You will also be receiving information in the mail regarding new login procedures. Click here for more information.

What you need to do

Eckville Credit Union intends to implement the new banking system as seamlessly as possible in order to minimize any inconvenience to you. There are a few things, though, that you will need to do as result of the conversion. These include:

Be Prepared! Have alternate means of payment available to you for conversion weekend in the event of any electronic service disruptions.
